Backpacks: Lifetime Warranty

We are proud to offer a Lifetime Warranty on all AKEK packs. Not for 30 days. Not for a year. For the life of the product.

If one of our packs fails you, we stand behind our promise to fix it. We will repair or replace any pack that fails to meet your expectations.

Clothing: Warranty & Return Policy

Our clothing line is built with the same commitment to quality and performance. While apparel is not eligible for lifetime coverage, we proudly offer the following:

• Defective Clothing Warranty: AKEK will accept the return of any clothing item that is defective due to manufacturing or workmanship within 90 days of the date of purchase.
• Non-Defective Returns/Exchanges: If you need to return or exchange a non-defective item (such as ordering the wrong size or changing your mind), you may do so within 60 days of purchase. Items must be in resellable condition, in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
• Exchanges: Size or style exchanges are allowed within the same 60-day window.
• Outside the Window / Wear & Tear: AKEK does not offer long-term repairs on clothing. Issues that occur outside the warranty or return window—or those resulting from normal wear and tear—will not be eligible for replacement. A new purchase may be required.

Common-Sense Restrictions

Our guarantees do not cover products that have been abused or used improperly. We cannot cover damage caused by contact with harmful powders, liquids, heat sources, fire, chemicals, or anything else that degrades materials and components. Permanently stained items are also not covered.
