I had been using a Tenzing for about 5 years and liked it. But, I could not find a way to carry a tree stand conveniently. This pack is great. All the straps and connections are a little overwhelming at first but after a few uses, it becomes readily evident what each has a purpose for. My only criticisms would be 1) that the strap that connnects the shoulder straps in front of chest is not long enough. I’m 5’10” and 210lbs and I am at the farthest point on the strap and 2) the loops that the quick release connection should attach to should be orange or a different color. When you first look at pack, it’s a little confusing how to make it work for a gun vs. bow. But, over all this is a great pack that will suffice any trip of a few hours to a few days.

Just received mine. First thoughts. Haven’t taken it to the field yet. Was a little worried about ordering w/ no BBB or yelp history. No issues. Material appears to be quality. Very adjustable. Rifle is secure, but cant put it back with pack on. Haven’t tried the bow yet. None of the side storage is accessible while the pack is on. Good size and weight. Lots of compartments, straps, and adjustments. No water bladder included. I would recommend from my first impressions.
